Chief Rodney Scott, along with several of his outstanding staff, visited our Dec. 1st meeting. Chief Scott provided a comprehensive summary of current efforts to restrict unauthorized access to US territory by individuals hoping to provide illegal manpower and illegal substances (read: drugs) through a challenging and ever-changing tactics meant to evade detection. He presented a video which showed how much progress has been made over the years (remember hordes of people running up the Interstate 5 at the border? I do!). We thank Chief Scott for his time and insights.
