Paul Redfern is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in management accounting, business accounting, and auditing. Prior to becoming a public accountant, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer of a successful, web hosting company, Precision Web Hosting, Inc.. As a CPA, he has obtained significant experience performing audits and consulting services.

Paul is also an award-winning speaker. He has spoken to diverse groups on a range of topics, such as the fundamentals of starting a business, establishing a SMART business plan, business taxes as well as a number of humorous speeches. He has won accolades for his ability to make technical business topics entertaining and engaging. Paul is a regular speaker at the Small Business Development Center of North San Diego County, and has been a speaker at a number of comedy fundraisers. Paul has helped 211 build protocols and procedures to ensure proper budget management while taking the time to motivate staff to be better financial stewards.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas and an Award in Accounting from UCLA.
