Our speaker on February 22nd was Mark DeBoskey, a member of the Board of Directors of the San Diego Children's Choir.  Founded in 1990, the San Diego Children's Choir is the area's oldest and largest choral training program serving children ages four–18 at locations throughout San Diego County.  Mark provided us an overview of how the choir fills a necessary place in providing young people with opportunity to explore and expand their interest in arts, and highlighted the positive effect that arts education has on other aspects of young people's development.  We thank Mark for his time and insights.
