On Friday the 30th we had the hear the remarkable presentation from Kristi Wells, Chief Executive Officer at Safe House Project, an organization supporting safe houses that provide refuge for victims of sex trafficking. Kristi provided a startlingly realistic and eye-opening look into the human trafficking epidemic and its impact on lives both in our community and across the world. Her organization's support of victims as young as 10 years of age provides an opportunity for these victims to find a potential path out of this dangerous world. We thank Kristi for her time, her insights, and most of all her compassion.
