Elizabeth Skinner

Elizabeth Skinner is the Chief of Interpretation and Education at Cabrillo National Monument. She was a Rotary Youth Ambassador to Nantes, France from Bullhead City, Arizona Rotary Club in District 5495 in 2006. She was an active member of Interact and a delegate to RYLA in Prescott, Arizona. She has worked for the National Park Service for 14 years and has served at other national parks including Death Valley, Zion, and Lake Mead National Recreation Area. In her work as a park ranger and supervisor, she is passionate about creating a career pipeline for local youth to attain paid positions in national parks.  She has a Master's of Science Degree in Resource Communication from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Prescott College. She lives in Serra Mesa with her husband Alex and son Julian.
 
Emily Moore
Emily Moore has been the Executive Director of Cabrillo National Monument Foundation since 2018. She is responsible for the nonprofits' fundraising to support park programs and activities, visitor center store operations, connecting people to the park, and enhancing the visitor experience. Previously she worked at San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation for 9 years as their events and membership manager. Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Redlands and her Master of Science in Recreation Administration from Cal State Long Beach. She lives in Tierrasanta with her husband Dylan and daughter Penny.
