Our speaker was Rear Admiral Jim McNeal, Commander, Global Logistics Support, a component command of Naval Supply Systems Command, headquartered in San Diego. He provided a very interesting update on the current Chief of Naval Operations vision of US Naval Superiority and a review of current Navy operations.
