Although our original speaker was unable to attend, the club was delighted to welcome Visiting Rotarian James Anzalone from the Calistoga Rotary and maker of Napa Valley Extra Virgin Olive Oil. James graciously filled in and gave an outstanding summary of what it takes to produce a high quality olive oil and the standards involved. We appreciate his time and insights.
